circusnext 20 Years Season presents once again the Defracto Company for performances of Croûte in partnership with the Rencontre des Jonglages 2022. After the Petite Ceinture in the 14th arrondissement of Paris on March 26, discover a new  variation of Croûte on the Place de la Fraternité in La Courneuve April 9&10.

Croûte is a 30-minute piece, result of a decade long research into expressive juggling and physical humour. Each performance of Croûte is a unique variation created according to the environment, in this case the Place de la Fraternité in La Courneuve.

The 2009-2010 laureates Defracto Company was founded in 2008 by Laure Caillat, Guillaume Martinet, Minh Tam Kaplan and David Maillard. Defracto works to create a juggling and body language. Each project is a collaboration and the collegial dimension of the musical, scenographic and juggling writing is a constant. Based in Île-de-France, the company creates abstract and absurd pieces, all based on experimental and playful juggling, composed with minimalist and customised sound and light.
