Founded by Quentin Claude and Marion Even, then joined by Gaël Manipoud, the company La Migration is dedicated to performing arts and creation of kinetic structures, mixing circus and visual arts.
Close the the reflections of land art, the company aims at questioning landscapes through movement and acrobatics. La Migration company develops the major part of its work outdoor, including the landscape as a partner.
“Being” outside is also questioning again the places where circus is presented, pushing circus beyond the boundaries in order to look for new explorations.
In 2016, La Migration presents its creation, “LANDSCAPE(s) #1”, the first part of a diptych project. The percussionist Jean Jean-Christophe Feldhandler joined the company to compose and play the music creation of the show.
La Migration’s artistic project is supported by En Contrepoints, a production bureau located in Bourgogne – Franche-Comté region.
